Grants the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus 2026 Emerging Leaders Youth Conference permission to use the House Chamber on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Representative Yolonda Fountain Henderson or her designee must be present in the House Chamber and assumes responsibility for the group's actions during the event.

Participants must conduct themselves respectfully, dress appropriately, and preserve the dignity of the House of Representatives.

Food, drinks, and smoking are prohibited on the House floor and lower gallery; access to the staff area behind the rostrum is prohibited.

Group photographs, hanging banners or items on walls, and use of dais/rostrum equipment including computers and phones are prohibited.
