Grants the Missouri Association of Counties permission to use the House Chamber on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. for their annual Legislative Day event

Representative Peggy McGaugh or her designee must be present in the Chamber and assumes responsibility for the group's conduct during the event

Prohibits food, drinks, and smoking on the House floor and lower gallery

Restricts dais access to the Speaker's podium microphone only; staff area behind the rostrum is off-limits

Bans group photographs, hanging banners or items on any Chamber surfaces, and use of equipment including computers and phones on the dais and rostrum area
