Repeals and replaces section 620.467, RSMo, governing the Division of Tourism Supplemental Revenue Fund in the state treasury

Changes fund sources from automatic general revenue deposits based on sales tax formulas to moneys appropriated by the General Assembly plus gifts, contributions, grants, and bequests from federal, private, or other sources

Eliminates the complex calculation system that tied fund deposits to tourism-related sales tax growth (previously required 3% growth threshold and SIC code tracking)

Removes the June 30, 2020 expiration date, making the fund permanent

Updates legislative oversight by requiring the Division of Tourism to present marketing strategies to the Special Committee on Tourism (House) and Economic and Workforce Development Committee (Senate) before appropriations
