Requires political advertisements using generative AI that depict fake actions or manipulate candidates to include specific disclaimers in bold 12-point font (print), 4% of screen height (video), or 3-second audio statements

Creates felony offenses for disclosing or threatening to disclose deepfakes: class E felony for general deepfakes, class B felony for intimate/sexually explicit deepfakes

Mandates AI incident reporting to the attorney general for events causing significant bodily harm, death, major property damage, or rights violations, effective August 28, 2026
