Limits eligibility to Missouri residents under age 26, with extensions up to age 31 for dependents who served in the military themselves

Covers one community college degree/diploma/certificate plus one baccalaureate degree per recipient; recipients cannot receive other state-funded veteran-dependent tuition benefits concurrently

Missouri Veterans Commission administers applications and eligibility certification; Coordinating Board for Higher Education ensures institutional compliance
