Adds the attorney general and attorney general staff to the list of officials exempt from certain weapons restrictions when they have completed required firearms safety training

Exempts concealed carry permit holders from the offense of possessing a concealed dangerous or deadly weapon on buses and in bus terminals, which otherwise remains a class D felony

Prohibits harassment or detention of concealed carry permit holders on public transit property, vehicles, or conveyances accessible to the public
