Establishes "providing explicit sexual material to a student" as a class A misdemeanor for anyone affiliated with a public or private K-12 school in an official capacity who knowingly provides, assigns, distributes, or approves such material

Defines covered personnel broadly to include administrators, teachers, librarians, school board members, library board members, coaches, bus drivers, guest speakers, and other school-affiliated individuals

Defines "explicit sexual material" as visual depictions of masturbation, sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, genital stimulation, sadomasochistic abuse, or postpubertal genitals

Exempts works of art with serious artistic significance, works of anthropological significance, and materials used in science courses including biology, anatomy, physiology, and sexual education

Strips all state funding eligibility from any library district or school district that employs a person found guilty of this offense
