Creates new Section 347.044 allowing any person to obtain certificates of good standing from the Secretary of State for domestic or foreign LLCs and their individual series

Requires the Secretary of State to individually profile, maintain, and make searchable each LLC series as a separate business entity on the state's business services website by January 31, 2027

Establishes that debts, liabilities, and obligations of a particular LLC series are enforceable only against that series' assets, not against the parent LLC or other series, when proper documentation and notice requirements are met

Allows each series with limited liability to operate as a separate entity—contracting, holding assets, granting security interests, and suing or being sued in its own name

Preserves existing Missouri law on fraudulent conveyance claims and other causes of action that permit challenges to limited liability protections
