Sets the deadline for curing rejected absentee ballots as the end of the provisional ballot verification period

Requires election authorities to retain copies of rejection notifications for at least two years

Mandates that cured absentee ballots be counted if the election authority finds the submitted affidavit and identification sufficient and the voter is qualified to vote
