Financial data must be broken down by payer type where feasible: commercial, Medicaid/MO HealthNet, Medicare, and uninsured

Individual hospital data submitted remains closed records, but the department must publish an aggregated report by November 15th each year on its public website and provide it to the General Assembly

Hospitals that fail to report by the deadline face civil penalties of $1,000 per day the information is past due
