Amends Section 304.184, RSMo to add a new provision allowing county commissions to grant vehicle weight exemptions by order or ordinance

County commissions may permit trucks, tractor-trailers, or other combinations transporting material or equipment to construction sites with economic activity to exceed standard weight limits

Authorized weight limits under the new exemption: up to 22,400 pounds on one axle and up to 44,800 pounds on any tandem axle

Exemption does not apply to interstate highways, which remain subject to federal weight limits

Vehicles using this exemption must still comply with width and length limitations in Section 304.190
