Amends Missouri Section 571.030 (unlawful use of weapons) to add "the attorney general or staff of the attorney general" to the list of persons exempt from certain weapon-carrying restrictions in churches, election precincts, government buildings, and schools

Extends the same exemptions already granted to prosecuting attorneys, circuit attorneys, and judges to the Attorney General's office, provided they complete required firearms safety training under Section 571.111

Maintains all existing exemptions for peace officers, members of the Armed Forces, federal probation officers, judges, coroners, fire investigators, and other specified personnel

No changes to penalty provisions: violations remain classified as Class B misdemeanors to Class A felonies depending on the specific offense and circumstances
