340B covered entities in Missouri must submit annual reports to the Department of Health and Senior Services by April 1st detailing their participation in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program for the previous calendar year

Required reporting includes aggregate drug acquisition costs, payments received, payments to contract pharmacies, number of claims, use of program savings for charity care, and total operating and charity care costs

Financial data must be broken down by payer type where feasible: commercial, Medicaid/MO HealthNet, Medicare, and uninsured

Individual entity reports are closed records, but the department must publish an aggregated public report by November 15th each year and provide it to the General Assembly

Covered entities that fail to submit required information face a civil penalty of $1,000 per day past the deadline
