Prohibits governmental entities, companies, and individuals from "designated countries" (nations identified as national security threats by the U.S. Director of National Intelligence or the Missouri governor) from purchasing or acquiring interests in real property in Missouri

Covers broad categories of real property including agricultural land over 5 acres, commercial and industrial property, residential property, groundwater, mineral rights, mines, and timber

Grants the governor authority to designate additional countries or transnational criminal organizations as subject to the restrictions after consulting with the director of the Department of Public Safety

Establishes enforcement through the attorney general, who may bring in rem actions against property acquired in violation, with courts required to order divestment and appoint a receiver to sell the property

Creates criminal and civil penalties: unlawful purchase by an individual is a class E felony; companies and organizations face civil penalties of $250,000 or 50% of the property's market value, whichever is greater
