Requires health insurance plans issued or renewed after January 1, 2027, to cover medically necessary treatment for PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) and PANS (Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome), including antibiotics, behavioral therapies, immunomodulating medicines, plasma exchange, and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy

Prohibits insurers from denying or delaying coverage solely because the patient previously received treatment for PANDAS/PANS or was diagnosed under a different name such as autoimmune encephalopathy

Adds PANDAS and PANS treatment coverage to services covered under MO HealthNet (Missouri's Medicaid program)

Prohibits lifetime or policy-period limits on medically necessary PANDAS/PANS treatments and requires cost-sharing to be no greater than for similar benefits under the plan

Exempts supplemental insurance policies such as accident-only, specified disease, Medicare supplement, long-term care, and short-term major medical policies of six months or less from the coverage requirements
