Expands the firearm-free zone around polling places on election days from 25 feet to 300 feet, applying to both concealed carry permit holders and the general public under Missouri's unlawful use of weapons statute

Amends three sections of Missouri law (571.030, 571.107, and 571.215) to implement the expanded buffer zone for standard concealed carry permits, lifetime permits, and extended permits

Maintains existing exemptions allowing firearms to remain in vehicles on polling place premises as long as the firearm is not removed or brandished

Violations by concealed carry permit holders remain non-criminal but subject to escalating fines: up to $100 for first offense, $200 plus one-year permit suspension for second offense within six months, and $500 plus three-year permit revocation for third offense within one year
