Department of Health and Senior Services must establish a health advocate program to provide advocates to any pregnant Missouri resident who requests one, with assignment within 20 days and coverage for the duration of pregnancy

Health advocates assist pregnant patients in navigating the healthcare system, preparing birthing plans, being present during delivery, and advocating for patients in conflicts with healthcare providers or family members

Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional is not required to serve as a health advocate in the program

All licensed physicians providing obstetrical or gynecological care must inform pregnant patients about the program's availability

Creates the "Health Advocate Program Fund" in the state treasury to receive appropriations, grants, and gifts, with moneys not reverting to general revenue at the end of the biennium
