Amends Missouri's professional counselor licensure statute (Section 337.510) to streamline the licensing process and expand reciprocity for out-of-state applicants

Allows the committee's executive director to directly issue licenses to applicants who meet all requirements, pass the Missouri law examination, and have clean disciplinary records, rather than requiring full committee review for every application

Expedites licensing for military spouses by requiring the committee to process their applications within 30 days and waive examination, educational, or experience requirements if they hold valid licenses from other jurisdictions

Requires professional counselor license information (names, addresses, license numbers, and status) to be displayed on a searchable public database, while allowing license holders to request redaction of their addresses

Exempts applicants who already hold or previously held a professional counselor license from completing career development coursework requirements
