Reduces the required ethics credit hours for Missouri lawyers from 3 to 2 hours annually, out of the total 15 credit hours of continuing legal education required each reporting year

Eliminates the mandatory 1 credit hour specifically dedicated to explicit or implicit bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural competency training

Retains diversity, inclusion, bias, and cultural competency topics as qualifying ethics subjects, but makes them optional rather than mandatory

Maintains the overall 15 credit hour annual CLE requirement and other existing provisions including exemptions for newly licensed lawyers and those on inactive status
