Prohibits the sale or offering for sale of cell-cultured protein for human consumption, including any products containing such protein, within Missouri

Defines "cell-cultured protein" as any food product derived from harvesting animal cells and artificially replicating those cells in a growth medium to produce tissue (commonly known as lab-grown or cultivated meat)

Adds this prohibition to Missouri's existing list of prohibited acts under Section 196.015, RSMo, which governs adulterated and misbranded foods, drugs, devices, and cosmetics

Makes a minor technical correction to update a statutory reference from "196.025(2)" to "subsection 2 of section 196.025"
