Mandates clear labeling of common allergens, gluten-containing grains, and caffeine levels exceeding 10 milligrams per serving

Requires products using fruit, vegetable, or grain imagery/claims to disclose the actual percentage of those ingredients on the label

Foods containing bioengineered substances or "natural flavoring" must include a QR code or website link identifying the specific substances; fruits and vegetables with edible coatings must also disclose this information

Cell-cultivated, lab-grown, or insect-based meat products must be labeled "LAB-CREATED" or "INSECT-BASED" in at least 15-point bold type on the front of the package
