Prohibits financial institutions from requiring Missouri firearms retailers to use the firearms merchant category code (5723) that distinguishes them from general merchandise or sporting goods retailers

Bars financial institutions from discriminating against firearms retailers by declining lawful payment card transactions based solely on the assignment or non-assignment of the firearms merchant category code

Restricts disclosure of protected financial information (records retrieved or sorted based on firearms merchant category codes) unless required by law or made in good faith

Authorizes the Missouri Attorney General to investigate violations, with violators given 30 days to cease activity after written notice before injunctive action is pursued

Establishes civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation for knowingly and willfully failing to comply with a court injunction, plus investigative costs and attorney's fees
