Requires meat products from animals vaccinated with mRNA-based vaccines to be labeled in at least 15-point bold type as "MRNA VACCINATED"

Increases penalty for food labeling violations to a flat $1,000 fine per incident or per prohibited product offered for sale (changed from "not more than" $1,000), with potential imprisonment up to one year
