Amends Section 110.240, RSMo to establish that the county treasurer's signature shall be the only signature authorized on bank signature cards, deposit agreements, or other authorization documents for county depositary accounts

Prohibits any other county official or employee from being listed as a signer on accounts containing county funds under the treasurer's custody

Requires county depositaries to ensure compliance by accepting county accounts only in accordance with the signature authority established in the bill

Preserves the ability of other county officers to maintain separate accounts specifically authorized by statute for their official duties

Retains existing requirements that county treasurers may only draw checks when sufficient funds exist and that county money shall only be paid upon the treasurer's checks
