Adds eight new sections (510.500-510.521) to Missouri law establishing the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act, enabling enforcement of out-of-state subpoenas for depositions, document production, and premises inspection

Parties seeking discovery in Missouri can submit a foreign subpoena to the clerk of court in the county where discovery is sought, and the clerk must promptly issue a corresponding Missouri subpoena

Missouri Supreme Court rules of civil procedure and state laws govern service, enforcement, modification, and protective orders for subpoenas issued under the act

Requesting a subpoena under the act does not constitute an appearance in Missouri courts

Applies to discovery requests in cases pending on or after August 28, 2026
