Mandates coroners/medical examiners document any immunizations or emergency countermeasures administered within 90 days before death in the autopsy report

Requires reporting of sudden unexpected deaths in individuals under 20 years old to the national SUID and SDY Case Registry coordinated by the CDC and NIH

Establishes penalties for failing to report cases within 30 days of completing the autopsy: up to $1,000 fine for the first unreported case, up to $5,000 for subsequent cases

Authorizes referral of non-compliant licensed coroners and medical examiners to professional licensing boards for disciplinary action, including possible license suspension or revocation
