Amends Section 484.020, RSMo to expand civil remedies against individuals or entities engaging in unauthorized practice of law

Allows victims to sue for treble (triple) the amount paid for illegal legal services OR treble the amount of actual damages resulting from the unauthorized services, whichever applies

Maintains the two-year statute of limitations for bringing private suits to recover damages

If the victim fails to sue within two years, the State of Missouri may pursue the treble damages on behalf of the state, with recovered amounts going to the state treasury

Requires the Attorney General or local prosecuting attorneys to institute suits on behalf of the state to recover these amounts
