Commissioner of the Office of Administration must provide each state senator and representative with a key accessing the state capitol dome

Commissioner must also provide each legislator with a key or key card accessing the state capitol building

Upon written request from a legislator, the commissioner must provide keys or key cards to the member's spouse or children for capitol access

President pro tem of the Senate and Speaker of the House are responsible for establishing a training program on secured area access for legislators and General Assembly staff

Legislative leadership may consult with the Office of Administration and Department of Public Safety when developing the training program
