Amends Section 345.050, RSMo to modify clinical fellowship supervision requirements for speech-language pathologist and audiologist licensure applicants

Changes supervisor qualification from any "person licensed by the state of Missouri in the profession in which the applicant seeks to be licensed" to specifically a "licensed speech-language pathologist in good standing"

Maintains exemption for applicants with an audiology clinical doctoral degree from the clinical fellowship requirement

Retains existing requirements including master's or doctoral degree from accredited programs, official transcripts showing completed coursework and practicum, and passing a board-approved examination
