Renames the "Missouri Wine and Grape Board" to the "Missouri Wine, Grape, and Spirits Board" and expands its scope to include the distilled spirits industry

Restructures board composition to 11 governor-appointed members: 5 from grape/wine industry, 3 from distilled spirits industry, 1 from Division of Tourism, 1 from Department of Agriculture, and 1 public member with marketing/economic development expertise

Eliminates the previous 4 ex officio voting positions (presidents of Missouri Grape Growers Association, Vintners Association, Wine Marketing and Research Council, and agriculture director)

Adds new board powers including developing promotional initiatives for Missouri wine, grapes, and distilled spirits, cooperative advertising and branding, and coordinating beverage tourism with the Division of Tourism

Beginning August 28, 2026, all moneys collected by the board shall be deposited into the Missouri Wine and Grape Fund to support viticulture, enology, and distillation programs
