Prohibits any person or entity developing or deploying AI in Missouri from advertising or representing that the AI is a mental health professional or capable of providing therapy services

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act

Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the law and allows any individual to report violations

Establishes civil penalties of $10,000 for a first violation and $20,000 for subsequent violations

Courts may also grant damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees for violations
