Amends RSMo sections 191.1146 and 334.108 to update telemedicine regulations for physicians licensed in Missouri

Changes terminology from "medical interview" to "medical evaluation" throughout the statute to clarify physician-patient relationship requirements

Requires providers using questionnaires to establish telemedicine relationships to be employed by or contracted with a Missouri-licensed health care entity

Mandates providers using internet or telephone questionnaires send a written report to the patient's primary care provider within 14 days, including patient identity, evaluation date, diagnosis, treatment, and instructions

Replaces "telephone evaluation" with "telemedicine evaluation" and clarifies that prescriptions cannot be issued without a proper provider-patient relationship as defined in section 191.1146
