Allows the Joint Committee on Legislative Research to provide laws, resolutions, and constitutional amendments in web-based electronic format in addition to or instead of printed copies

Eliminates the requirement for free distribution of session laws to legislators, judges, prosecutors, sheriffs, and other officials, instead directing distribution "in accordance with section 3.130"

Redirects revenue from sales of revised statutes from the general revenue fund to the Statutory Revision Fund, which can now be used for general republication costs when no specific appropriation is provided

Reduces the committee's required meeting frequency from once every three months to twice a year, and extends the organizational meeting deadline from 10 days to 30 days after the general assembly convenes

Removes the committee's duty to draft bills and resolutions for individual legislators, limiting drafting assistance to revision bills and matters directly related to the committee's duties and functions
