Lessees of public facilities with capacity of 60,000 or more people that host professional sports teams' home games would be liable for reasonable demolition costs if the facility is left unusable for other purposes upon lease termination or expiration

"Costs of demolition" includes wrecking, razing, moving, or removing the facility, plus removal of all infrastructure (roads, sewers) and required environmental cleanup

"Public facility" is defined as buildings owned by counties, municipalities, cities not within a county, or any authority, board, commission, or political subdivision created under state law to operate facilities on behalf of local governments

Adds new section 49.710 to Chapter 49 of Missouri Revised Statutes
