Requires respondents to surrender all firearms to local law enforcement upon issuance of an order; if the respondent refuses, officers may conduct lawful searches and seizures where probable cause exists

Mandates revocation of concealed carry permits for respondents and notification of employers if the respondent carries a firearm for work; cases involving minors under 18 transfer to juvenile court

First-time violations constitute a class A misdemeanor; subsequent violations within five years are elevated to a class E felony
