Establishes "multidisciplinary adult protection teams" as teams of two or more persons recognized by the Department of Health and Senior Services to facilitate identification, investigation, prosecution, prevention, and treatment of offenses against eligible adults (persons 60+ or disabled adults 18-59 unable to protect their own interests)

Teams may include representatives from prosecuting attorneys' offices, law enforcement, medical/health care providers, mental health providers, community-based agencies, guardians/conservators, and financial institutions or forensic accounting agencies

Grants team members access to confidential adult abuse and neglect reports when acting in their official capacity, and allows members to share information acquired in their professional capacity with other team members

Requires all case information received by team members to be maintained as confidential, with information only to be used in proper performance of official duties

Violations of confidentiality provisions, including unauthorized dissemination of information from the central registry or reports, constitute a class A misdemeanor
