Victims may pursue civil action seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages of $10,000 or actual damages (whichever is greater), plus attorney's fees and costs

Requires covered online platforms to establish a removal process by December 31, 2026, with content taken down within 48 hours of a valid request

Platform non-compliance with removal obligations is treated as an unfair practice under Missouri consumer protection law (section 407.020)

Exempts law enforcement officers, persons reporting unlawful activity, legal proceeding participants, and telecommunications/interactive computer service providers from criminal and civil penalties
