Adds new requirement that physicians must document in patient records any questions asked by the patient related to their care and treatment, along with the physician's response, if the patient requests such documentation

Maintains existing requirements for patient records including patient identification, visit dates, current status, physical findings, diagnosis assessment, treatment plans, medications, and informed consent for procedures

Requires patient records to be maintained for a minimum of seven years from the date of the last professional service provided

Mandates that any corrections, additions, or changes to patient records made more than 48 hours after the final entry must be clearly marked with the date, time, name of person making the change, and reason for the modification

Prohibits the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts from obtaining patient medical records without written patient authorization or a subpoena
