Repeals sections 252.300 through 252.333 of Missouri Revised Statutes, eliminating "The Missouri Economic Diversification and Afforestation Act of 1990" in its entirety

Eliminates the state agroforestry program that provided incentive payments to landowners for up to 10 years during the "enhancement phase" for using eligible land for agroforestry purposes

Removes provisions allowing the Department of Conservation to pay up to 75% of establishment costs for tree planting on eligible agricultural land

Ends requirements for joint reports on the agroforestry program submitted to the governor and general assembly every five years (scheduled through 2026)

Removes the program framework that encouraged alley cropping, forested-riparian buffers, silvopasture, and windbreaks to promote soil conservation, water quality, wildlife habitat, and agricultural diversification
