Prohibits licensed psychologists, professional counselors, clinical social workers, and marital and family therapists from engaging in conversion therapy with minors in Missouri

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practices or treatments seeking to change a minor's sexual orientation or gender identity, including efforts to change behaviors, gender expressions, or reduce same-gender attractions

Excludes from the definition counseling that provides acceptance, support, and understanding, assists with gender transition, or facilitates identity exploration and development

Authorizes disciplinary action including censure, probation up to 5 years, license suspension up to 3 years, or license revocation for violations

Amends five sections of Missouri Revised Statutes (337.035, 337.330, 337.525, 337.630, and 337.730) governing different categories of mental health professional licensure
