Adds "rapid fire device" to Missouri's list of prohibited weapons, defined as any accessory, conversion kit, or device that attaches to a semiautomatic firearm and allows it to discharge two or more shots when activated, or increases the rate of fire

Knowingly possessing, manufacturing, transporting, repairing, or selling a rapid fire device is classified as a class D felony

Amends RSMo sections 571.010 (definitions) and 571.020 (unlawful weapons offenses) to incorporate the new prohibited item

No exemptions are provided for rapid fire devices, unlike other regulated items such as machine guns and silencers which may be possessed in conformity with federal law for official military, law enforcement, or commercial purposes
