Repeals Section 217.555, RSMo, which established the Advisory Board of Vocational Enterprises Program, eliminating the board composed of representatives from organized labor, manufacturing, criminology, and vocational rehabilitation

Removes the requirement that new correctional services receive prior approval from the advisory board before being established or renewed

Eliminates the board's oversight role for private contracts involving inmate work or vocational training projects at correctional facilities

Retains annual reporting requirements for Missouri Vocational Enterprises, including data on industries in operation, offender employment numbers, sales volumes, and profit/loss statements

Maintains the director's authority to contract with private entities for inmate work programs and lease correctional facility space for business enterprises, but without board approval requirements
