Requires the Secretary of State to number proposed constitutional amendments consecutively in the order they are passed by the general assembly, submitted by initiative petition, or adopted by constitutional convention

Amendments would be numbered starting with "Constitutional Amendment No. 1" and continuing consecutively

Resets the numbering sequence to start a new series after each general election occurring in years ending in eight (e.g., 2018, 2028, 2038)

Repeals and replaces Section 116.210, RSMo, with the modified numbering provision
