Adds the National Women's Soccer League and Women's National Basketball Association to the list of professional sports leagues eligible for special license plates in Missouri

Requires vehicle owners to pay a $35 annual emblem-use fee to the professional sports team plus a $15 fee to the Department of Revenue for the special plates

Minimum of 100 applications required before the Department of Revenue will authorize production of plates for a specific team

Kansas City Current (NWSL team) emblem-use fees must be forwarded to the Kansas City Current Foundation or a team-designated nonprofit benefiting Kansas City area youth, minus up to 5% for administrative costs

Kansas City Chiefs fees continue to go to the Chiefs' Children's Fund, while other teams' fees go to the Jackson County Sports Authority or St. Louis Regional Convention and Visitors Commission for marketing purposes
