Presumptive eligibility applications for MO HealthNet must include citizenship/immigration status attestation, and hospitals and clinics conducting these determinations must collect and transmit this information to the state

When calculating SNAP household benefits, the full income and financial resources of ineligible non-citizen household members must be counted without proration or exclusion
