Amends Section 575.095, RSMo to expand the definition of "judicial officer" to include public administrators

Criminalizes disseminating personal information of judicial officers or their families (including home address, phone numbers, email, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, and identity of minor children) with intent to harass, intimidate, or influence official duties

Defines protected family members as spouses, ancestors, descendants by blood or adoption, and stepchildren during the marriage

Establishes tampering with a judicial officer as a class D felony

Elevates the offense to a class B felony if the violation results in death or bodily injury to the judicial officer or their family member
