Requires all regions to be notified within one hour of receiving a report, with mandatory participation from the Department of Public Safety, Highway Patrol, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Senior Services, and Missouri Lottery Commission

Establishes an Office of Missing and Murdered African American Women and Girls within the Department of Public Safety, with an executive director to be hired by December 31, 2026

Office duties include collecting data on missing person and homicide cases, analyzing intersections with domestic violence and trafficking, conducting cold case reviews, providing technical assistance to law enforcement, and submitting annual reports by January 15

Creates the "Missing and Murdered African American Women and Girls Fund" to support the office and provide grants to community organizations; knowingly making a false report triggering an alert is a Class A misdemeanor
