Dealers, manufacturers, distributors, or warrantors may bring civil actions in circuit court to recover actual damages for violations of RV dealer laws, with attorney's fees and costs awarded to the prevailing party

Mandatory mediation is required before filing suit, with parties having 20 days to select a mediator and meet; this requirement does not apply to injunctive relief proceedings

Warrantors must reimburse dealers for warranty parts at actual wholesale cost plus a minimum 30% handling charge, and if parts are not shipped within 10 days, dealers may obtain equivalent parts elsewhere and be reimbursed at 100% of cost

Warranty claims not specifically disapproved in writing within 30 days are automatically approved and must be paid within 45 days

Warrantors must compensate dealers for at least 75% of employee travel time for mobile warranty repairs performed away from the dealership location, provided the time is documented and claimed within 30 days
