Expands licensure reciprocity to recognize licenses issued by any jurisdiction (states, military branches, U.S. territories, District of Columbia), changing from the previous "state" only language

Requires oversight bodies to process reciprocity applications within 6 months for general applicants, or within 30 days for military spouses and law enforcement spouses

Allows health care providers licensed through reciprocity to provide telehealth services under section 191.1145 to the same extent as providers who obtained licenses through standard requirements

Excludes applicants with revoked licenses, pending investigations, disciplinary actions, disqualifying criminal records, or licenses not in good standing from eligibility for reciprocity

Does not apply to occupations under section 290.257(6), electrical contractors licensed under sections 324.900-324.945, or licenses issued by political subdivisions
