Authorizes the University of Missouri Board of Curators to acquire, manage, lease, purchase, sell, or participate in the ownership or operation of hospitals, medical facilities, and other health care providers

Permits acquisition of entire health care entities or their assets under this authority

Exempts the Board of Curators and any public or private partners from antitrust penalties under section 416.051 for health care activities in 25 specified counties

Counties covered by the antitrust exemption include Boone, Cole, Phelps, and 22 other central Missouri counties surrounding the University of Missouri system campuses
